Trinity Square Community Project Update
Dear Members of Our Community,
We are pleased to share another positive update regarding the proposed Holy Trinity Armenian Church Community Development Project (Trinity Square).
We are excited to announce that the City of Toronto officially deemed our Zoning By-law Amendment application complete on June 24, 2026, marking a significant milestone for the project and formally initiating the City's zoning approval process. This is an important step forward and reflects the continued advancement of the project through the municipal planning process.
As part of this next stage, official public notice signs will be installed on the property in the coming weeks. These signs are a standard requirement of the City's planning process and provide information about the applications currently under review.
Together, the City's complete application determination and the installation of the notice signs represent another important milestone for our project. With each step completed, we move closer to obtaining the necessary municipal approvals and commencing construction of this transformational development.
The proposed development includes seniors housing, community centre, daycare, gymnasium, residential uses, and enhanced facilities for our Church—creating a place where people of all ages can gather, connect, and thrive.
We remain encouraged by the progress achieved to date and are grateful for the continued support of our parishioners, neighbours, community members, and our municipal and provincial partners. As you have seen through the recent public meeting and the continued advancement of the planning process, this vision is steadily becoming a reality. We look forward to sharing additional updates as the project progresses through municipal approvals and toward the commencement of construction.
Thank you for your continued support and prayers, and Let Us Build Together to bring this important vision to life.
